Tuesday 14th July 7.30pm
A guided movement meditation designed to support the nervous system through breath, rhythm, music and simple, accessible yoga. We begin slowly, with grounding and breathwork, followed by gentle movement to help the body arrive, settle, and release initial layers of tension. From there, the practice gradually opens into more free-flowing, rhythmic movement. There is no choreography and nothing to get right — the emphasis is on responding to internal cues rather than external form. Moving in this way, particularly in a shared space, can support nervous system regulation. It allows for the discharge of held stress while also building a sense of safety and connection, both of which are linked to healthy vagal tone.
