Gentle underfloor warmth keeps the body comfortable, without any effort required - allowing the body to soften and settle.

Mobility, balance, and deep rest
An all-levels session focused on keeping you moving well.
Supports joints, stability, and everyday ease, with time for guided rest and sound.

Times: Monday 10:00 am · Friday 10:00 am

Soma Yin

Slow, meditative, and still
Longer-held shapes support the joints and gently release tension.
Particularly helpful if you feel stiff or mentally busy.

Times: Mondays 7:00 pm · Tuesdays 5.30 pm

Soma Rest

Fully supported restorative practice online
Using props, your body can completely let go and settle.
This is where deeper, nourishing rest and a nervous system reset can happen.
